How to Set Goals & Make Them Happen

One way to keep students motivated in your classrooms is to have them set goals so they know what they are working for. Here’s everything you need to help your secondary students set their educational and personal goals and put them in action. With a presentation and guided worksheets, you will be able to teach your students why we need goals, how to set them up and action steps on how to make them happen. Students can use the worksheets while you are facilitating the lesson. At the end, they will have their goals set along with a timeline and some motivational quotes to help motivate them. 

Have them keep the Goal Setting worksheets in their binders and give them about 5 minutes each week to reflect, plan and discuss progress/struggles with a peer. Students will love this lesson…and you will too!
